With a degree in Kinesiology (Exercise Science) and certifications in Kettlebell Coaching (Levels 1 & 2), Movement Education, and “Training is Healthcare” through Old Bull Athletics, I bring both knowledge and care to every session. My background in sports like soccer and football shaped my passion for training, which now includes running, strength, and rehab-based movement.

I specialize in helping people build strength, improve performance, and move pain-free—especially those navigating injury or starting their fitness journey. Whether you’re an athlete or just getting started, my goal is to make training sustainable, effective, and fun.

Outside the gym, I’m a people-person who loves the beach, good food (especially breakfast burritos), and building community through movement. I recently ran my first half marathon—and I believe everyone has an inner athlete waiting to be unlocked.
