  • How do I book classes?

    • Upon inquiring, prospective members will be emailed a welcome email with their login information and all other information.

    How do I cancel classes?

    • Classes can be cancelled via the app or by emailing info@upliftedathletics.com. Cancellations must be done 8 hours prior to class time in order to be valid.

  • How do I find my username and password?

    • Username & password will be included in welcome email from info@upliftedathletics.com.

    Where can I park?

    • You may park in our public parking lot near the Tesla charge stations OR street side on Pico St.

  • What different personal training options does Uplifted Athletics offer?

    Personal Training is offered in a one-on-one format lead by a certified personal trainer, providing a very personalized experience. Small Group training is similar to personal training, but you can have up to 5 friends join on your sessions. To learn more please contact us at info@upliftedathletics.com.

    How much does a personal training session and group training session cost at Uplifted Athletics??

  • I am looking for membership prices. How much does it cost to join?

    Pricing will vary depending on agreement, but the most popular option is our 6 month membership which costs $174 per month.

    What different contract lengths does Uplifted Athletics offer? Can I pay on a month-by-month basis?

    At Uplifted Athletics, you’ll find varying membership options dependent on your specific needs . We offer month to month, 3 and 6 month options.

    I have family, friends, or a significant other that would like to join the gym with me. Do you offer family or joint membership options?

    We currently offer a family add-on option for members that are related and live in the same household. To see a price break down please click this link.

    Enrollment Fee

    An enrollment fee of $74.99 will be included in the first months payment for all U60 Membership agreements. Members will be credited $37.50 of their enrollment fee if they complete 12 classes within the first 30 days of membership.

    Annual Fee

    A 74.99 annual fee will be applied to all member’s in a 6 month U60 contract. A $37.50 Bi annual fee will be applied to all 6-month agreement.

  • What is your cancellation policy? Is there a fee for breaking my contract?

    All cancellation policies are outlined in the membership agreement. The agreement covers the cost to cancel, how to cancel and more information on any additional termination fees you may incur.

    I need to pause my membership because I got injured or will be moving a minimum of 25 miles away from the gym. How do I freeze my account temporarily?

    If you are interested in more information on how to suspend membership or put a hold on your account, you’ll need to reach out directly. We look forward to continuing making healthy happen with you!

  • What payment methods does Uplifted Athletics accept? Will I get charged on a month by month basis?

    There are multiple payment options to best fit you. We accept credit cards and bank drafts as methods of payment. Payment timing is dependent on when you join!

    I’d like to update my credit card. How do I change my payment details?

    What happens if I miss a payment? Is there a late fee?

    A missed payment may result in a late payment fee. Late payment penalty fees and fines are outlined in your membership agreement.

    Will my membership automatically renew at the end of my term?

    If you initialed for automatic renewal in your membership agreement, then you will be all set for continued membership at the end of your term. Make sure to review your membership agreement or contact.

    I was charged twice for my monthly bill. Who can I contact to fix the issue?
