Hi, I'm Naveed Ahmadi — a coach here at Uplifted Athletics with ten years of training and three years of coaching experience, working in both personal and group training.

My path into fitness started personal. I've been a Type 1 diabetic since I was ten, and for a long time I wasn't taking care of myself the way I should have. Strength training changed that — it helped me manage my health, build real discipline, and find a confidence I didn't know I was missing. That experience is what drives me to coach.

What I focus on most is habits, discipline, and confidence. Mainly confidence. Once you have it, you stop worrying about what other people think and start realizing you can tackle anything — in the gym and in life.

There's no perfect routine. Everybody's different, and I meet you where you are. If you see me dialed in and think I'm unapproachable — come say hi anyway. I'd love to be part of your journey.
