Kids ages 8–11 are only placed with other 8–11 year olds. If a matching small group isn’t available yet, we start with 1-on-1 until an age-appropriate group opens. This keeps coaching, intensity, and progressions safe and specific to their stage.

Yes. Every session is coach-led and built around age-appropriate progressions. We start with fundamentals, teach proper technique, and scale intensity to your child’s experience so they build confidence safely.

Perfect — that’s common. We begin with bodyweight and light resistance to learn the movements first, then gradually progress as they earn it. The goal is strong form, not heavy weights.

We separate by age and training stage to keep coaching, intensity, and progressions appropriate. Ages 8–11 train with other 8–11s, and ages 12–17 train with 12–17s. If an 8–11 small group isn’t available, we’ll start them 1-on-1 until the right group opens.
